THE "PAWS UP" FUND

Everyone hopes their pets will live a long, healthy life, but pets do get sick and injured, sometimes seriously. We know that with or without the aid of pet insurance, the cost of these treatments for canines dealing with cancer can be costly and sometimes overwhelming for owners. The Ozzy Foundation has created the "Paws Up" Fund to offer temporary financial assistance to families as an alternative to euthanasia when their pet faces a treatable but life-threatening condition or illness, in order to restore quality to life for pet and owner. To request a grant for funding, please complete the form below. If your request is approved, you will be notified of your grant and all payments will be made directly to the veterinarian or hospital where your dog is being treated, as designated below. We only request that you keep us updated to the progress of your pet, so we can let our donors see the difference they are making. We are with you.

In order for us to spread out our assistance to as many pets as possible, each owner is asked to pay as much as they can towards the cost of their own pets treatment. Cost-sharing with an applicant indicates the owner's commitment to their pet's well-being, and lets us know our grant/donation is being used as efficiently and sensibly as possible.
